Setup typically starts about 60 minutes before the event starts. This allows adequate time to move the equipment into place and verify everything is working.
Setup Requirements Are As Follows:
- Electric Outlet must be within 5 feet of the booth or you will provide the proper extension cords for setup.
- If there are stairs WITHOUT lift or elevator access you must clearly state this at the time of depositing down payment and signing contract as this MAY require additional charges due to hiring additional on-site staff to help move and carry the booth to the required locations.
- If your event is outside this must be stated at the time of depositing down payment and signing contract as this MAY require additional charges due to setting up a tent to cover the booth. Electrical Outlet requirement in #1 still applies.
There will never be a surprise fee or charge associated with Fat Finger Photography Photo Booths. However there are different circumstances that may require additional fee’s or charges.
Please note there is a $150.00 non-refundable deposit required. The $150.00 deposit will be applied to your total charge on the day of your event.
- Additional Attendant – An additional fee will be added if a second attendant is needed in the case of moving the Photo Booth up and down stairs because there is not access to an elevator or lift system. Additional attendants are also required for large events such as corporate events or large weddings to help facilitate the flow of the booth, keep pictures organized, maintain props, etc.
- Travel – A travel charge will be added to any location that reaches outside of a 30 mile radius of Dixon, Illinois.
- Idle Time – If there are idle times, such as dinner, or if an early setup time is required an Idle Time fee will be applied at $30/hour.
To book a Photo Booth please call or text (815-441-1694) or email with your dates to check availability. We operate on a first come first serve basis.

We will travel up to 75 miles outside of Dixon, Illinois.
Please note: Anywhere outside of a 30 mile radius of Dixon, Illinois will be subject to a travel charge.
We provide at no additional cost a fully hosted website gallery with all of the pictures from your event that you and your guests will be able to visit. You and your guests will be able to save the digital copies and print them if you’d like.
All digital copies will come with the photo strip version of the picture and the standalone copy of the picture.
All website galleries will be available for 60 days after the event. They are then removed.
You can mix and match all of our packages or create your own package if you have something specific in mind. You can also purchase add-ons for all of our packages and of course mix and match those too.

Video Recording Option(available online only 1 week after event): $100
Depending on the template that you choose for your event will determine how many photos that you get.
If you choose a 4×6 template for your event you will get a print out of 1 photo.
If you choose a 2×6 template for your event you will get 2 photos.
During the event you and your guests will have unlimited photo booth sessions. Go in as many times as you’d like.
If you would like the option to print multiple photos per photo booth session that option can be added for an additional fee.
Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $150 and a signed rental agreement at least 7 days prior to the event.
The $150 deposit will be applied to your total balance and the full amount must be paid upon arrival to the event prior to setup.
If you are looking for something completely custom for your event and would like us to design a special photo strip or post card style picture for you, we charge an additional $25.00 and require at least 7 days notice before your event to have this completed.
We will provide you with a gallery of photo strip templates for you to choose from if you are not interested in a custom photo strip. We will change the names, dates, and any other information on the template per your request.
